Courtesy Visit to Mr. Matthew Seiyefa, Ex DG, DSS.

The team of the Nigerian College of Forensics and Fraud Investigators (NICFFI), led by the Provost, Suleiman M. Barnabas, paid a courtesy visit to the immediate past DG of the Department of State Services (DSS), Mr. Matthew Seiyefa. The team on the visit included the Admin Officer of the College, Engr. Sheriff Dalhat Shuaib, the Legal Officer of the College, Barrister Arafat Muhammad, Accounting and Finance Officer, Mrs Ibenu Racheal, and a Corps member with the I.T. Unit of the College, Mr. Onoja E. Steven.

 The team briefed the former DG of the DSS on the mandate of the College, and solicited for his support to succeed on the national task of providing training students in the fields of forensic science and fraud investigations.

Responding to the team, the ex DG commended the team for the visit, noting that the move was a demonstration of the willingness of the College to take advantage of institutional memory in the fields of security, forensics and fraud investigations. He advised the team on important steps to take in order to achieve the vision and mission of the college, and promised to be available to providing direction and other assistance to the Nigerian College of Forensics and Fraud Investigators.
